Kids Camps

This form is for the registration of a child for a Black Pine Animal Park youth summer camp program.  You may register via mail or complete the registration online using our secure server connection, where we can process a credit card payment.  All registered campers will receive a confirmation call or letter, so please ensure your mailing address is correct and complete.  Please complete one form per child.  Thank you!

Intended method of registration: 

 

COSTS:  $15.00 per child ages 3-8;  $25.00 per child ages 9-12.  

 

We offer the choice to mail this form along with a check or money order (made out to Black Pine Animal Park), or you may pay using our secure online storefront using a MasterCard or Visa.  Camp fees are as stated above.  Payment is required with registration to guarantee a spot is reserved for your child(ren).  Thank you.
