Field Trips Quick Reference
Field trips are designed specifically for schools and other youth groups to enable visits to the sanctuary when general admission is not available (during the "off-season".)
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, general admission (including guided tours) is available with staff-guided tours offered daily.

Respect For All Creatures Indiana's Academic Standards Science Standard 2 Science Standard 4 English/Language Arts Standard 7 Objectives: Students will identify qualities they admire or dislike in animals, then recognize that even "unpopular "animals deserve respect. Animals featured: Llamas, goats, sheep, large birds, donkeys, miniature horse, fallow deer, potbelly pig. Additional observations may include coati mundi, bobcats, caracal, mountain lion, Bengal tigers, leopards, African lion, and/or black bears. Detailed Program Description - Click Here. Supplemental Downloads - Click Here. Cost: $4.50 per student ($4.00 per student for more 30 students). One adult for every 10 students is required to attend. Teachers and bus drivers are admitted free. Additional adults will be charged $5.00 each. Minimum charge: $50.00. Animals featured: Llamas, goats, sheep, large birds, donkeys, miniature horse, fallow deer, potbelly pig. Sulcata tortoise, boa constrictor and/or ball python. how humans can affect both wild and captive populations of animals, and
what it takes to be a responsible pet owner. Animals featured: Approximately 17 species of mammals, including big and small cats, bears, and primates; and ostrich, emu, rhea; snake and/or tortoise. 20 people. Indiana's Academic Standards Science Standard 4 Objectives: To plant a seed of awareness through intimate observation, interaction, and personal encounters that will encourage responsible pet ownership and conservation of endangered species and natural habitats. Animals
featured: Behind
the scenes! Over 47 species of mammals, reptiles, birds, and primates, including
